I was lucky enough to be able to attend the Rutgers Commencement this past weekend as a relative was graduating. Rutgers University celebrated its 250th year of being around as an institution of higher education. To celebrate this momentous occasion, the university president spent several years trying to get the President of the United States of America, Barrack Obama, to give the commencement address. After much deliberation, he was confirmed as the speaker just last month. Not many people can say that they have had the POTUS speak at their graduation. Heck, I can't even remember who spoke at my graduation or the majority of graduations I've attended. However, I certainly won't forget this one!
