No visit to the area is complete without seeing where the Christmas tree will stand and where the ice skaters will skate when the time comes. The weather was a very crisp autumn day, great for some wanders. It seemed like a lot of other people (see: tourists like me) were also out and about for the great weather. Now I just need to get myself there during the holiday season...
Good luck getting there for the holiday[season]...it's SO cold up there and so crowded that I've always kind of avoided NYC from just before Thanksgiving until after NYE...
