Definitely interesting to see all the different coffee joints that aren't around my building. There are definitely no lack of them in the city! And certainly no lack of folks partaking at this hour of the morning. I certainly don't blame anyone as I had to be in earlier than normal as well. Hopefully someone wasn't too bleary eyed to see a crane waiting to be found!

The Oculus, which looks like a spine from the outside, is a really interesting new shopping structure that also connects many different modes of transportation in one location. Folks from New Jersey coming over on the PATH, find themselves dropped off at the far end of the Oculus. Coming in from street level, it is really neat to see all the people dispersing in waves from the PATH stop and going all different directions to various subways and to street level to their jobs.
